Rincon Community Sports Park Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians Valley Center, CA

Phase I of the Rincon Community Sports Park consisted of two new soft ball fields, a concession building with two announcers booths, storage room, men/women restrooms, zero depth splash pad play area, and parking, plus all associated site work.

CSC coordinated with KTU+A Landscape Architects, the Owner, and a biologist to design a project that would fit into the space available without encroaching on protected areas and habitats.

 

Rincon Ball Field Renovation Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians Valley Center, CA

CSC managed the renovation of the existing softball field and play area on the Rincon reservation as well as the construction of a new two story CMU block concession stand/announcers booth .

Both the renovation and construction were completed in 30 days as required for an Owner event. The project was completed on time and within budget. CSC managed the construction, budget, schedule, contracts, and procurement of all FF&E.

 

General Services Building Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians Valley Center, CA

CSC managed the design and construction of a 32,000 sq. ft. Public Works/General Services Building for the Rincon Tribe. CSC coordinated the design with the architect, as well as performing value engineering.

CSC interfaced with SDG&E, the County of San Diego, and USFW as coordination efforts for the completion of the project. The project was completed on time and within budget.

 

Rincon Fire Station Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians Valley Center, CA

CSC was the Owner’s Representative / Project Manager for the construction of a 12,832 sq. ft. Fire Station with incident command center, four bays, office space, and living quarters.

CSC coordinated with the architect and Owner for all phases of the design, issued an RFQ/RFP for Construction Services, and made recommendations to the Owner for the selection of a General Contractor. CSC also assisted in the drafting of contracts for the General Contractor as well as Owner managed Contractors.

Harrah's Rincon Tower Expansion Project Harrah's Entertainment Valley Center, CA

Construction Manager responsible for the construction of the 21 story hotel with 130,000 sq ft gaming floor as part of the gaming and hotel expansion project. Budget tracking and cost reporting, scheduling and design coordination. Interface with San Diego County, State of California (CALTRANS), FEMA, HUD, BIA and Fish & Wildlife agencies. Project was completed within budget and schedule.

 

Rincon Tribal Hall Renovation Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians Valley Center, CA

CSC was tasked with performing an exterior renovation to the Tribal Hall on the Rincon Reservation. Duties included coordination with landscape designer, procuring bids, contract administration, and management during construction. The project was completed under budget and on time.

 

El Sobrante Landfill Conveyor Project Rentrac Corona, CA


CSC is currently working a conveyor project at the El Sobrante Landfill in Corona. The project includes 1.5 miles of overland conveyor system for transporting fill and materials. CSC has developed and is continually updating the design and construction schedule as well as performing design review services and feedback to the Owner. The project is currently on schedule and within the Owner approved budget.

 

Interior Casino Renovation Project Soboba Casino San Jacinto, CA

CSC coordinated the construction and inspections of the interior renovation of the Soboba Casino. CSC developed and maintained construction schedules. A particular challenge of this project was a strict completion schedule to ensure there were no areas of the Casino floor closed on weekends.

CSC developed a schedule to run 24 hours shifts and complete each section of the renovation before the weekend. All construction was completed on time. For this project the budget was maintained by the Owner.
