Charles A. Quinn
CEO

Charlie served in the U.S. Air Force Base in Torrejon, Spain where received multiple decorations and letters of recommendation. After the Air Force, Charles attended West Hills College and Trinity University where he received a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Charlie began working in the semi-conductor industry beginning in 1982. He designed, constructed and operated ultra pure water systems and chemical and gas distribution systems. He consulted for the NSA (National Security Agency).

Scott has been a Project Manager for CSC for four years. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in Laramie with a degree in Business Administration as well as education.
